Hi! My name is Rosio (or Rosie), happy you've made it this far! I'm an Excited Curiosity Coach, Aura-Soma Practitioner, Color Puncturist, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner and Private Mentor in Dr. Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry Program. With nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality & gaming industry, I've led teams and projects with great success, building strong rapport with colleagues and clients alike. As a coach, I offer both English and Spanish coaching sessions to people from around the world, with a special focus on young adults and parents. I am also committed to supporting my BIPOC community and plan on combining the holistic light and color therapies which promote healing and balance with my training with Tony Robins, Dr. Shefali, Iyanla Vanzant and Compassionate Inquiry to help guide individuals through their journey of self discovery. In my personal life, I am a dedicated wife to my husband who has Autism, PTSD, and childhood trauma. Together we care for my 3 nieces, who have faced significant adversity at a young age. I understand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for those I love and bring this same compassion and care to my work as a practitioner and coach. I was born with EDS, a connective tissue disorder, and have a deep understanding of the challenges that people with chronic illnesses face and the impact of this specific trauma on our mental and physical health. In the near future, I hope to work closely with this community to provide guidance and support as they navigate their own healing journeys. My deep-seated belief in the power of human connection and community, coupled with my extensive personal and professional experiences, have equipped me with a diverse skill set and valuable perspectives. As a result, I am uniquely able to empower and support individuals, like you, on your journey to healing and personal growth.
"It was so helpful to be able to take something confusing and nebulous and painful and get really clear on where it comes from and what it's doing. "
The grounding and self regulation techniques that Rosie shared with me during the session were so helpful. She also helped me get in touch with my inner child & I was able to self-soothe it. This has helped me tremendously in my daily life since then.
I went into the session with an intention to be more compassionate and less judgmental to others. What I learned was I need to be more compassionate and less judgmental to myself before I can be like this to others.
I've been searching for the root cause of the issue I had since a long time. Rosie was very helpful in this and I feel very much relieved now because I can understand myself better now.
I experienced safety, I could be myself, talk about my addicitons in a non-judgemental environment. I am not able to have compassion towards that part of me that looks to alcohol and drugs to soothe.
I use the word "should" a lot. I often feel as though I should be doing something different or should have done something differently. Rosie helped me notice how often I "should" on myself. That perhaps things were just as they should have been. That I did the best I could at that time. That I didn't necessarily screw up. When we were first working together, I saw the color red in my heart center. I was feeling some anger and anxiety. After doing some of the Compassionate Inquiry work and some breathing, I was asked about a color, and I saw green. The color of the heart chakra and mother. I had been talking about my mom. I felt calmer with less buggerflies in my gut.
Estar más presente, con mi cuerpo aún no me gusta sentir ciertas emociones, pero ya no las rechazo simplemente dejo que estén ahí
Noticing the difference between whether I was feeling or distracting myself. Using humour, and visualisations for example.
