Leni Karr

Leni provides insightful leadership, performance, and life transition coaching for motivated Mission-Driven Leaders and Soulful Seekers who want more alignment, freedom and abundance. She listens holistically and has an innate ability to spot patterns, connect the dots and guide clients to discover their personal and actionable formula for success. Leni trained as a certified professional coach through the ICF accredited program at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She holds master’s level certifications in COR.E. Leadership and Performance Dynamics and the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessments as well as Interpersonal Neurobiology from the Mindsight Institute. She is a graduate of Stanford University where she played for the women’s soccer team while she earned her bachelor’s in Human Biology and subsequently spent over 20 years in healthcare as a vascular & neurovascular ultrasound specialist, consultant to medical device companies, associate professor and Advisory Board member for Diagnostic Imaging at Bellevue College and served on the Board of Directors for the Society for Vascular Ultrasound. She is known for her engaging public speaking, advocacy for DEI and passion for philanthropic work in the healthcare sector. Leni attributes her mental agility and resilience to her years as an athlete and outdoor adventurer that includes ultramarathons, skiing, and climbing. Her proudest accomplishment is being a stumbling-toward-wise parent of two fantastic kids who are her greatest teachers. She has a weakness for dogs, loves music and writing, is known to geek out about research, and someday hopes to be able to say she can play guitar.
