Through a grounded, body-based and heart-centered process, my work honors your capacity to heal and empowers you to see your own truth, fully heal, and gently release what no longer belongs to your journey. During our 1:1 sessions, we begin by grounding into the body and gently listening to its sensations. Together, we allow any trapped energy to guide us toward what is ready to be seen and healed. We move step by step, honoring the process in a safe and compassionate space. The tools I use into our work include breathwork, parts work, somatic healing, cords work, inner child healing, and ancestral healing.
