Kickoff Call

BNI 1-2-1

This time is for us to chat and see if we are a good fit for each other. We'll dive a little deeper into what your goals are, and go through a coaching exercise to help provide you with some motivational focus and clarity. I just ask that you set aside this time with no distractions, and are able to take this time for yourself and make it a priority. 

Future Self Strategy Session

This is a quick 20 minute Zoom check-in with me (your BNI Summit president) to hear what you're hoping to get out of BNI and how we can make the chapter even better. 

BNI Summit Member Check-In

This time is for us to go through a brief coaching exercise to help provide you with some focus and clarity when it comes to your health & fitness goals. Please note this is a Zoom call with no video.  Please set aside this time with no distractions to ensure you're able to take this time for yourself and make it a priority. 

BPS (Best Possible Self) Breakthrough Session

This is a one-on-one check in call for us to discuss your progress, challenges, and next steps. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions! 

20 minute Coaching Check In

This is a chance for us to connect and explore how we can collaborate to reach your health, fitness, and nutrition goals. We'll discuss your aspirations, engage in a motivational coaching exercise, and clarify your focus. Please ensure this time is distraction-free and prioritized for your benefit. 


Breakthrough Strategy Session

During this 20-minute session, we will discuss your unique needs and explore personalized strategies to enhance your stress management. 

Teacher Wellness Session

This is a coaching strategy session for clients who need a one-on-one check in call and aren't currently enrolled in a one-on-one coaching program. We'll use this time to discuss your progress, challenges, next steps, or anything else that you need a little extra guidance with. Your detailed answers to the following questions will help me better prepare for our call so we can use our time together as efficiently as possible. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions!

20 minute Coaching Strategy Session (a la carte)

It's time to celebrate your graduation! Hooray! This is a one-on-one call for us to discuss your progress with your coaching program and next steps for you to take. You'll receive an email with a link to fill out a coaching 
completion survey form right after you book your appointment. Please be as detailed as possible when answering the questions as they will provide insights that will be helpful for us BOTH. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions!
