As part of the journey to refine your leadership abilities and address specific challenges unique to your role, a 360-degree Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) BENCHMARKS® FOR EXECUTIVES™** will be completed. This will set the foundation for offering valuable insights and actionable feedback. This package is tailored to empower you with the tools and strategies needed to excel in your high-stakes leadership position and making meaningful impacts on your organization that will enable lasting impact on yourself, team as well as internal and external stakeholders. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

1. One initial "Discovery Session" - A 60-minute, comprehensive session to set the foundation for the coaching relationship. This session aims to establish mutual understanding, trust, and a shared vision for the coaching journey. Also discussed will be the understanding of the Coachee's objectives, co-creating a coaching contract, scheduling, and more.

2. One Executive Leadership Assessment**:

CCL BENCHMARKS® FOR EXECUTIVES™ Assessment

Benchmarks® for Executives™ is a 360-degree assessment designed to address the specific leadership issues of presidents, CEOs, COOs, and executive and senior vice presidents. It measures 16 competencies and includes a feedback report with written comments.
Coach and Coach’s team will launch, execute, and gather all related materials from the assessment. The Coachee and Coach will agree on the stakeholders and other relevant participants in order to effectively provide feedback for the Coachee to use as a timely and applicable self-awareness tool to assist with some possible coaching areas related to their work environment and personal opportunities for growth.


3. Review Session:

- One (up to a two-hour) individual debrief session with the coach in order to discuss and analyze the feedback gathered from the 360 assessment in a comprehensive manner.

- Access and develop a CCL Compass™ action plan:

Access to CCL Compass™, a powerful tool that distills and organizes more than 50 years of leadership expertise, creating personalized strategies that help leaders build on strengths and improve in areas of weakness.  CCL Compass™ will transform insights into actions, vitalize your data using an online dashboard that is easy to navigate and understand, and provide you with actionable steps that were developed using your gathered assessment data outcomes and interpreting into their research-based and proven framework.
One physical copy of “Compass: Your Guide for Leadership Development and Coaching” Book. This will assist the Coachee with additional material to complement the online tool. 
2. Goal Development and Coaching - 
60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions over 12 months, equal to 40 sessions. 

**As an alternative, other CCL BENCHMARKS® Assessments can be provided to best match the leaders role within the organization. Others include: BENCHMARKS® for Managers and by Design (all levels). 

AMPLIFY

This six-month package is ideal for professionals aiming to elevate their leadership capabilities and make meaningful progress in preparing for an upcoming transition, role attainment/readiness, change initiative, or another anticipated event. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

1. One initial "Discovery Session" - A 60-minute, comprehensive session to set the foundation for the coaching relationship. This session aims to establish mutual understanding, trust, and a shared vision for the coaching journey. Also discussed will be the understanding of the Coachee's objectives, co-creating a coaching contract, scheduling, and more.

2. Goal Development and Coaching - 
60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions for approximately 6 months, equal to 20 sessions.

In this six-week coaching package, clients engage in focused sessions to tackle specific challenges or goals. 

Through personalized strategies and consistent support, clients experience significant progress and growth within the designated timeframe.

What's Included:

This session aims to establish mutual understanding, trust, and a shared vision for the coaching journey. Weekly, 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions for 6 weeks, equal to 6 total sessions.
