Ready to commit to your transformation? This reservation will confirm your spot in the next EmpowerHER cohort starting on Tu, September 3, 2024. You should receive both a confirmation of your reservation payment immediately and also an email from Faith Collaborative Health in the coming days. That email will ask you to set up an account to sign your confidentiality, privacy, and contract forms, and pay the remaining balance for your program fees.
