Three months of co-creation, support and partnership to define and develop your sustainable success, personally and professionally.

We’ll meet for 6 45-minute coaching sessions (twice per month, with implementation time in between), creating clarity, growth and consistent forward movement toward your goals - starting with a clarity session to define your focus and goals for our 3 months together.

Along the way, we’ll employ targeted self assessments + customized discovery tools to reconnect you to who you are, what you need, what you’re great at and what matters most to you — and how to align your life and work.

Between coaching sessions, you’ll be supported through:
* curated resources, tools and templates from my personal Whole Life Strategies archive (career, life coaching, mindset, planning — I’ve got resources for you!)
* journal and inquiry prompts and field experiments to help you put your coaching insights into action
* email access to me for sharing wins, requesting feedback or extra accountability so we can use our coaching time most effectively

You’ll leave with the clarity, confidence and strategy you need to go after your definition of success— the one with more meaning, more freedom, more fulfillment and real-world balance.
