Robin was very easy to work with and schedule our appointment. Her website and forms are very user friendly and she was so kind and inviting for our Zoom meeting. She helped put our minds at ease about life with our adopted Indian Ringneck and taught us about basic bird behaviour and body language and how to play games with him to continue building trust.
