Clinical Sexologist and Somatic Sex Educator
I am a clinical sexologist with a Masters of Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University, USA and a theatre artist with a B.A. in Theatre Arts and a minor in Psychology from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad. & Tobago In addition to my M.Ed., I am a certified Sexological Bodyworker/Somatic Sex Education from the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education (ISSSE), with a Certificate in Sex Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My training also includes a Certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, a Certificate in Embodied Conflict Resolution from The Embody Lab and I am certified as an Expressive Arts Educational Facilitator by Salve Regina University in Rhode Island, USA. I am also a Certified Sex Coach, a Certified 4-D Wheel Practitioner, and a Sex and Faith Trainer certified by the Incarnation Institute for Sex and Faith. I use this combination of specialties for the benefit of my clients who need to talk about sex and sex-related issues, in an environment that is healthy, fun, transformative and most of all, safe and non-judgemental. I live on the island of Tobago (of Trinidad & Tobago) in the Caribbean where I volunteer at a halfway home for ex-convicts, and at an art-based NGO for children. I am a 2019 TEDxPortofSpain Speaker, a USA Fulbright Scholar (2012) and the cofounder of the Tobago THETA Company, top performing arts company in Tobago, which focuses on using expressive arts for social and behaviour change. My latest adventure is being a Doctoral student at Meridian University, USA, pursing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology. I went into the Succulent Sex Craft Workshops with the hope that I would leave more empowered, better educated and better prepared to create and hold sacred space for my sensuality and sexuality. I certainly did. Understanding that my sexual health begins with what I think and believe about myself and my body has been a game changer for me but this workshop offered me unexpected tools to train my thoughts, regulate my emotions and connect more consciously to the intelligence embeded within my body. Learning new pleasure practice techniques that involve non-sexual contact also opened my eyes to how much I'd been short changing myself in my own sex practice and it's given me a safe space within which I can play with others without the expectation of intercourse happening. I recommend this workshop and others like it by O'Henry to everyone, regardless of your age, religious beliefs, sexual persuasion or physical abilities. This is education we all need.

Ms Henry is an EXCEPTIONAL educator when it comes to sexual health. And best thing about the class, it doesn't feel gender specific but overall it feels all inclusive, even when it had parts that were gender specific. Being exposed to the WHEEL OF CONSENT had such a impact on me that I use it now in every day life. And that's one of the aspects of this class, while its designed for sexual intimacy, some of it can be used in everyday life. Only thing... This is not a one day course but rather a 2 or 3 days course, and know still... It may not be enough. Thank you again O'Henry for making my sexual light brighter. ❤️✨

It's a beautiful experience filled with information everyone should know to help them understand themselves and their own sexuality better.
