I have witnessed and experienced the impact of perpetual under-investment in talent development. I’m on a mission to change this, especially for those from historically marginalized communities. I partner with mission-driven professionals to empower them to live and lead with purpose, impact and joy. I bring to my practice over 25 years of leadership experience, supporting a broad range of talent from early career to senior executives. COACHING: Coaching helps us harness the gifts and wisdom within us to create the life and future that we want. I help clients deepen their understanding of themselves to uncover more powerful ways of being, holding them accountable for taking action.
