This 90-day coaching experience is crafted for those who want a deeper, sustained approach to mastering their schedule and productivity habits. You’ll benefit from regular, structured guidance, starting with weekly one-on-one sessions to establish and reinforce new practices. These sessions are tailored to fit your specific goals, with assigned milestones and activities to keep you focused and moving forward.
As you progress, the program shifts to bi-weekly sessions to allow time for practice, adjustment, and integration. You’ll receive follow-up emails with recordings of each session and action steps within a day, plus check-in messages to maintain momentum in between. By the end, you’ll have a rhythm and routine that feels truly aligned with how you want to approach each day.
Here's what you'll get:
1. Weekly customized virtual sessions over 30 days at 60 minutes each with milestones and homework assigned over that period of time
2. Additional bi-weekly virtual sessions over 60 days at 60 minutes each, extending homework and milestones over that period of time
