The ten-session coaching package is a block of 10 coaching appointment credits that do not necessarily follow a certain program, topic, or timeline. Clients who purchase a 10-session package can schedule sessions using the Practice app. Appointment credits do not expire, so you can schedule your coaching conversations at any time until you have used all ten appointment credits.

Ten-session coaching package

This 14-session coaching package introduces clients to their Everything DiSC style as a basis for developing the skills and self-, interpersonal, and situational awareness needed to excel in leadership positions. 

Content may also center on topics such as organizational leadership and change management, systems thinking, personal wellbeing and balance, and general conditions that promote self-determined behavior and persistence in others.

As with any coaching agreement, client needs and goals will influence the content, direction and pacing of coaching conversations and the overall coaching experience.
