*12 one-hour sessions for accountability and to work through challenges at a deeper level using evidence-based and transformational practices
*Email/messaging support on weekdays
*Tools and techniques as needed for setting goals, planning, reflecting, building your resilience, etc.
*3 hours of proof-reading and providing feedback on your work (within the scope of my role)
