This free 45-minute call is a chance for us to connect, explore your current goals and challenges, and determine which coaching path — if any — is the right fit for you. WHAT TO EXPECT Introduction: We’ll start with a casual intro so I can learn more about you and your current fitness and wellness routines. Goal Exploration: We'll dive into your goals, challenges, and what led you to schedule this session. This is your space to share what’s feeling aligned — or misaligned — right now. Coaching Overview: I’ll walk you through the coaching tracks I offer — Essential, Premium, Cohort — and share what each includes so you can see what might best support you. Q&A: You’re welcome to ask anything about my coaching style, approach, or expectations — nothing is off the table. SCHEDULING Select a time that works for you, keeping in mind my displayed availability is based on your local timezone. Please respect that this time is reserved for individuals who are genuinely interested in exploring coaching. If your plans change, kindly reschedule or cancel your appointment in advance to free up the slot for others. BEFORE OUR CALL You’ll receive a Zoom link and a reminder before our session.
