Lisa Sanchez

Lisa Sanchez is a certified co-active coach and reiki practitioner. She founded Cocoon to help underrepresented leaders thrive. Before starting her coaching practice in 2017, she served on design leadership teams at Dropbox, NIO, and All Turtles. She designed language for all sorts of experiences, from a self-driving car interface to enterprise software. Her education at Harvard College, Harvard Divinity School, and the Co-active Training Institute informs her practice. She's lived in Boston, Atlanta, Berlin, and San Francisco. Now she's nestled in the mountains in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with her partner, daughter, and rescue pup.
