This retreat brings together a group of startup and tech leaders to explore new approaches to leadership, work through challenges and have a beautiful day of connection with peers. 

With a focus on CLEAR Communication, we will:

- learn powerful communication frameworks to change the way you work through conflict
- practice the tough conversations you have been avoiding
- understand your communication style and how you can better connect with others

The retreat runs from 10am on Saturday until 12pm on Sunday and will take place in Frelighsburg, Quebec. 

We will help coordinate rideshare, which is encouraged.
