"What has been your biggest success since you started the coaching? Apart from literally everything, my biggest success is my own perception of myself. I contacted Julian because I had the feeling not to live the way I am. I sought help in finding out who I am and how to direct my life that way by forming habits and reflecting on where I am and where I want to get to. So I was basically struggling with Anxiety and stress problems mostly because I was having problems with my school, family, and boyfriend. I would have these panic attacks and also I would sleep super bad. The process with Julian was very professional, we had talked via Skype, and he asked me questions step by step. I don't feel like a consultation, he is more like a friend talking to you and guiding you through the process, and he analyzed it part by part. After talking about my case, he would give me some solid suggestions that what I can do to improve the situation. Anyway, it was really nice and I also built some different habits myself. I also successfully reached my goal and now studying in Germany. I think the part that helped me the most is he really made my goal very clear, and I know how my path should be. Before I asked Julian for his help, I was struggling with a project that had been on the shelf for quite some time. I needed to get back into the project. For me, the essence of your coaching is the personal, attentive, and flexible style. I loved the meditation at the start to slow down and feeling that you were listening and trying to find the issue behind what I was struggling with and then make me become aware of it by asking questions, reliving it, acting it out, or other creative ways to get to the point. I think for me the main difference between you and previous psychologists I've had is the strong feeling that you're actively helping, whereas before they asked some questions and I had to figure it all out by myself.
