Jonathan is a dynamic and engaging leadership coach, mentor, facilitator, and trainer focused on helping both emergent and experienced practitioners of leadership create the conditions for themselves and others to be the best version of themselves and do their best work, with or without a “leader” title, and as individuals, as a team, or as an organization. During his career, Jonathan has gained experiences working at various leadership levels for tech and financial services Fortune 500 companies, which allows him to bring hands-on, credible experience to his work. He is deeply committed to supporting his clients as they make the internal changes needed to enable new perspectives and create conditions for strong co-creative problem-solving – so that they are not only able to “practice what they preach” but are kitted out to preach what they practice. Jonathan has a forward-focused style of coaching grounded in the principles of intent, observation, and experimentation. Jonathan holds coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF-ACC) and the NeuroLeadership Institute (Brain-based Coaching), as well as other credentials including: APMG Global (Change Management Professional), Scrum Alliance (A-CSM, CSPO, CAL), and ICAgile (ICP-ACC). When he is not working with clients, Jonathan enjoys being out on the water, whether that’s captaining his own vessel or as a passenger on cruises around the world; expressing his creativity through LEGO creations; and releasing stress and staying healthy with his Peleton.
