This is a group dedicated to helping those that are looking to break into their first Technology job or are looking for their next Technology job.

The group will follow a group coaching format with a dedicated topic each time we meet with space to discuss the topic and space at the end to answer any other questions that you have. 

Topics may include:
- Building your resume and cover letter
- Leveraging your network to get opportunities
- Using LinkedIn successfully
- Referrals
- Researching companies
- Preparing for the Job Interview
- Questions to ask during an interview
- Interview follow ups
- What to do when you get a No from an interview. 
- Plotting the course of your career
- Investing in yourself to build your career
- Ways to gain experience while looking for your next opportunity.

.. and any other topic that you have in mind. These are topics that might be of interest to the group, but ultimately, as a group we can decide what areas to dive into.

Tech Hiring Coaching Group

This is a 6 month commitment that include: 
- 12 Sessions (2 per month, scheduled when you want them)

NOTE: ONLY for other coaches, used to practice coaching. 

This is a package for peer coaches that want to coach for a month (2 sessions per week avg, 1 where you coach, and 1 where I coach you.)

Booking as a package makes it easier to schedule for you and there is no cost. Please let me know if you have any issues.

Year Package

This is a package for clients that have gotten started and want to move forward, but in an affordable way. 

This is a package for 3 months that includes:
1. 6 sessions (2 per month) scheduled when you need them.
2. Text message support in between sessions


3 month Package

This is a 4 Session Package for those looking to work on specific goals. After a Discovery Call, this is the most common place to start our coaching journey.

4 Session Package

This is a 60 minute session for coaching clients. Peer coaches should use the peer coaching option.
