Hi, I'm Jasleen. I'm an ICF Certified Coach with 8 years of experience and a degree in Psychology. Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in HR for almost a decade at a top 10 Fortune Company. I'm passionate about helping women and BIPOC find their authentic style of working and influencing in male-dominated environments. By building authority in your career and challenging the status quo, we can start to create positive organizational change. I use a strengths-based approach and bring in lots of learning tools to help you conceptualize complex situations, navigate corporate politics and build strong relationships at work.

Mentor Coaching (For ICF Coaches)

As a PCC level coach certified through the International Coaches Federation, Jasleen is qualified to practice as a mentor coach. Credentialing candidates and ACC renewal candidates must complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching. The Mentor Coaching hours must occur over a three-month period or longer. Example: If the first session is March 14, then the last session must be June 14 or after. Of the 10 hours of mentoring, three hours must be one-on-one. The remaining seven hours may be one-on-one or in a group. This package includes 10 hours of 1:1 mentor coaching. Prior to signing up, you must have at least one active client who has agreed to recording your coaching sessions (30 mins max) for the purpose of mentor coaching. These recordings will be shared via zoom during each mentor call, and the remaining 30 mins will be used to discuss feedback based on the ICF core competencies. At the end of the 3+ months and 10 hours, you will receive a certificate to validate completion of this credentialing requirement. Executive Coaching

This is for senior leaders or aspiring senior leaders. This package is the most flexible, it works like a subscription. It includes 2 hours of coaching per month that can be booked as 30 min sessions, or 1-2 hour working sessions. Unused minutes roll over and must be used within 6 months. You want to lead authentically, and hone your style to create a meaningful impact. Whether this is in a formal capacity with direct reports, or in a less formal strategic role. We will use evidence-based leadership tools that are used within the context of your unique industry and areas for development. Clients will begin by assessing their leadership gaps or sharing feedback and development plan provided by their leader or senior business stakeholders. Examples of areas we could work on: - Building your strategic capacity, influence, authority, and confidence - Effective communication - Navigating politics and corporate/ team culture - Creating burnout prevention strategies - Creating organizational change - Motivating, engaging, and developing your people - Crafting a vision, mission, and values statement - Dealing with conflict and building strong relationships - Building resilience (recovering from setbacks) - Adapting your leadership style to the culture and phase of your team - Building your leadership portfolio/ brand to be noticed for Director level+ positions - People strategies: HR & DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) areas for development and best practices Prices are quoted in USD.
