She is able to work from macro level to micro level and see how all factors are impacting a client's situation - and then utilize that to frame an approach that makes real impacts. Due to her background in HR, Jasleen is able to provide an organizational theory approach that allows her to talk about systemic factors that are impacting client's abilities to be successful.
