Orin Mozon

Orin has served in worship ministry for nearly 20 years, and his passion is to see leaders walk in nothing less than the fullness of what God has for them. He loves to encourage, equip, and empower worship leaders—whether they’re just beginning their journey or seasoned in ministry—by coming alongside them with support that is both spiritual and practical. With Orin, everything ultimately comes down to discipleship: growing in the ways of Jesus. When working with leaders, Orin emphasizes growth in three areas: Spirit (loving the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength), Truth (leading from a place deeply rooted in Scripture), and Excellence (doing the best you can with what you have been given). His coaching is relational and intuitive, built on really listening and asking questions that help leaders get beneath the surface. He operates with a prophetic and shepherding heart (Ephesians 4:11–12), discerning where God is leading and guiding leaders to follow with confidence. Orin’s heart is to build bridges between people, generations, and ministries. He believes younger leaders need to be raised up with strength and confidence, leaders from his generation need to stay rooted in purity of worship, and more experienced leaders should remain connected and inspired rather than threatened by the next generation. Wherever he serves, Orin seeks to help leaders stand firm, build healthy worship cultures, and lead their people into God’s presence with authenticity and joy.
