This 90-minute in-person private session offers a confidential and supportive space to explore what’s bothering you in your current situation. We’ll talk through what’s really going on, identify the underlying concerns, and discuss practical tools to help you start shifting your behavior. Along the way, I’ll provide validation and support, helping you practice self-compassion as we work through your challenges.

During the session, we’ll also incorporate grounding exercises to help you feel more centered and present. Refreshments will be provided to make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed as we dive into the work together.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what’s truly bothering you and leave with actionable steps to move forward with more confidence and ease.
