"Cam really knew what she was doing! I signed up for a half marathon training this past spring which also came with her 12-week program for the mental preparation. Different tools were offered and delivered through a group session bi-weekly on Zoom so that we were able to apply in the running training. I must say, 2 months have passed since my half-marathon, and I'm still using some of the tools on my day to day life (Meditation and mindfulness). Thanks Cam for your knowledge and it shows that you love what you're doing!"

After working with Cam I can say I feel like a different person. 12 weeks of reflections, and planned workouts that helped me to make sport a habit, what I can see reflected in a very positive way in my daily basis. The practical exercises in a workbook, weekly meetings, and training helped me transform my mental patterns, goal settings skills, and also the HOW to get there through daily actions.
