I HAVE HAD LESS THAN 10 SESSIONS WITH LAURIE AND HAVE MADE PROFOUND, LIFE CHANGING PROGRESS! I started with Laurie a few months back thinking it was just your typical talk therapy. I had been doing other forms of mental health care and felt I needed another push to continue my progress. When we had our intro call, she informed me that this was not talk therapy but a different technique that gets to the root cause of your mental health issues. She explained how she has helped so many people go from unable to communicate/live fulfilling lives to fully able to engage with there friends, families & self. Since starting I have been able to talk to and visit with family that I have been disconnected from for several years, I can communicate with my husband and children more effectively, I don't fret over (as many of) the small things, and most of all, I understand myself so much better which allows for grace and acceptance. I feel the most like myself I have ever felt in my adult life, and attribute a big part of that to the work Laurie and I have done. I CAN'T RECOMMEND LAURIE'S SERVICES ENOUGH! A couple years ago I was experiencing a strange clicking in my neck. I had done a number of things to deal with it including massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, and cranial sacral work. I began to wonder if the source might be emotional in nature versus physiological. After a little research I came across Laurie. It was an amazing experience that included some deep self reflections and realizations prompted by her intuitive guidance. I RECOMMEND HER TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW! I am so thankful for Laurie each day! I met her about 8 or so months into traditional talk therapy. We had just entered into COVID, I felt like my current therapist was just an expensive friend to talk to, and I felt like it was perfect timing to try Laurie's approach and see if I would get better results.
