I bring more than a decade of coaching experience to your coaching conversation. To make a difference I believe that by standing in the spaces between the patterns of our lives, we are able to gather insights on how to change the way we see the world; and, to shape how you'd like the world to see you! To achieve success in all that we do, our focus needs to be on ourselves first. Mindsets matter!! I know coaching makes a real tangible difference in the world; and it fulfils my desire to “help grow” to tomorrows leaders. I bring extensive general management experience, and I am a Credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and an Accredited Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership organisational and team coach. I am a Leadership New Zealand Fellow and hold a Bachelors Degree in Business (Management).
"At first I was intimidated by the thought of having to think so hard about myself, because no one likes to do that! But after a few sessions with David I learned to ask myself, and answer, the right questions and the benefits have been huge. I feel as though I have grown in confidence and found a lot of freedom in my future."
David is a very intuitive coach!
“I genuinely believe that coaching from David has made a material difference in my life and daily actions at work. It’s not an overstatement to say that the changes have been genuinely remarkable and brought me positive feedback. I have and will continue to recommend him as a coach”
“Working with David continues to be invaluable. His direct, sensible yet supportive coaching style has helped build my confidence and resilience in moving into a more senior role, and consider what's next. David is supportive while ensuring you work towards achieving my goals, or creating new goals as I learn more about my strengths and aspirations. So if you want some one who'll provide a safety net and sense of humour while you step outside your comfort zone then I can recommend David wholeheartedly.
“David has a genuine interest in people and working with them to help them realise their own potential. David not only helped me grow and develop as a leader from a professional point of view but also helped me look at all aspects of my “whole” self – in being the best that I can be whether at work or at home. David also has a very good understanding about the dynamics of how organisations work (in particular large organisations) and the role of a leader within this environment. This context enables David to really understand the challenges and opportunities faced by both current and future leaders – and constructively challenges you to think about how you operate in an ever changing world.”
