I specialize in partnering with mid-career individuals who have experienced success and are now evaluating where they want to direct their time, energy, and talents to maximize their impact and enjoyment. My belief is that we are each made to positively contribute to this world. We begin to lose our magic and decrease our impact when we think we have to fit some mold in order to be successful. My clients work in a range of industries including tech, nonprofit, media, real estate, and consulting. Some clients are seeking a job change that aligns more closely with their values. Others are looking to bring more power and impact to their current work. What they have in common is a desire to rely less on external validation and increase their empowerment and grounded confidence. I help my clients to get clear on what they really want (not what they think they should want) and then access the power and courage to get it.
