I believe that we’ve been trained for this moment. As scary and uncertain as it is in the United States and across the world right now, I believe that we’ve got enormous power to create the world we want. It’s just a matter of tapping into it. You don’t need to quit your job and become a full-time organizer. You don’t have to march in the streets every weekend. We just have to knock off all the junk we’ve picked up along the way and tap back into our talents, our magic, and each other so we can powerfully meet this moment together. I am looking for mission-driven millennials who care about what’s happening right now and want to play their part. I’m looking for people who know that there are small actions they can take at home, at work, and in their communities and are looking for ways to drop the imposter syndrome, the “not enough” nonsense, and actually get to a life that joyfully makes a difference. Our generation has been told that we’re here to change the world. It might not look the way we thought it would. But that’s good news. Turns out we don’t need saviors or superheroes.
