Package includes RMR test, VO2 max test, detailed reports from both and a 60' consultation to go over the results. 

RMR testing and the report provided take the guess work out of optimizing your health and performance, showing your how efficiently you are metabolizing fats and carbohydrates and how your metabolism is functioning. Vo2 max is a strong predictor of longevity. It can be calculated accurately via the gold standard of breath analysis during a maximal exercise test. This test and the results provided through the PNOE device and report will give you a comprehensive profile of your current cardiorespiratory fitness, help guide training to meet your health and performance goals and much, much more. Breath analysis test that determines your resting metabolic rate. This takes about 30 minutes. 

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Test

VO2 Max, or maximal oxygen consumption, is the maximum amount of oxygen a person can use during intense exercise. It's a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance. The VO2 Max test involves exercising on a treadmill or bike with gradually increasing intensity until exhaustion. A higher VO2 max indicates that your body is better at taking oxygen from the air and delivering it to your muscles and using it. This allows you to produce more energy and perform better. VO2 max is a strong predictor of longevity. It can be calculated accurately via the gold standard of breath analysis during a graded maximal exercise test. This test and the results provided through VO2 Master unit will give you a comprehensive profile of your current cardiorespiratory fitness, help guide training to meet your health and performance goals and much, much more.
