Kimber is an outstanding adoption coach who made a profound impact on our journey. Her training on TBRI was not only deeply informative but also transformative. She created a safe, welcoming environment where we felt seen, heard, and supported no matter how heavy the situation felt. Kimber has a gift for breaking down complex concepts into practical, actionable strategies that truly work, especially when navigating the unique challenges of adoption and trauma-related care. She dedicated herself to equipping us with personal tools to help regulate our daughter (and selves) in trying times. We couldn’t be more grateful for our sessions with Kimber. It’s been life changing for our family! Our relationship with our granddaughter has blossomed in unimaginable ways. Our connection with her has deepened, we’ve been empowered and as a result of the TBRI tools Kimber taught us, the need for behavior correction is almost non-existent. Our family recently adopted a sibling group. One of our children has special needs. Kimber has been such an amazing encouragement to us! She has helped us walk through what TBRI looks like with special needs. Reminding us to take it one day at a time, sometimes one minute at a time. The resources she has sent me in-between our sessions were also just what I needed for that day to be encouraged to keep going. Her wisdom, compassion and encouragement has been in valuable!

As a parent coach, Kimber brings a powerful combination of lived experience, deep trauma-informed insight, and a genuinely compassionate presence. I refer families to her because she not only understands the impact of trauma on parenting, but also offers creative, practical strategies tailored to each unique family system. She meets parents exactly where they are, with empathy, clarity, and tools that make real, sustainable change possible.

When there was no playbook, and no community with a true understanding of what it meant to journey alongside a child from hard places, God placed Kimber in our lives to guide and offer hope. Kimber brings her own life experience as an adoptive mom and years of professional experience in the field to minister to families with authenticity and grace. She came alongside during our darkest days of parenting and listened WELL. She taught us to see, parent, and connect with our daughter through the lens of trauma. She's adept at sorting through the muck and complexity of family issues and dynamics and brings clarity and direction for each next step. God has divinely equipped Kimber for this ministry and she stewards her gifts with professionalism and love. She gets it, my friends, and she cares!
