You built the career. You followed the rules. You earned the degrees. But somewhere along the way, your work stopped working for you. You’re overextended, under-inspired, and asking yourself, “How did I end up here?” I see you, because I’ve been you. For nearly two decades, I built a career in student affairs leadership. I served others tirelessly, led high-performing teams, and gave everything I had to a role that once fulfilled me. But over time, the long hours, nonstop demands, and constant pressure began to drain my energy and disconnect me from the life I wanted to live. I missed family milestones, sidelined my health, and began to wonder if I had any choices left. ⚡ That moment of burnout became my turning point. ⚡ Today, I work at the intersection of career reinvention and organizational change, helping both individuals and teams move forward with purpose. 👩🏫 For Professionals: I created The Career Clarity Catalyst™, a high-touch coaching program for working moms, student affairs pros, and service-driven leaders who feel stuck, burnt out, or unsure of what’s next. Through 1:1 coaching, resume and LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, salary negotiation prep, and strategic support, my clients: ✅ Gain clarity and confidence ✅ Break free from burnout ✅ Transition into higher-paying, flexible, aligned careers They don’t just land any job; they land the right job. 🏢 For Organizations: As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management Strategist, I help mission-driven teams: 🔹 Lead complex projects with clear structure 🔹 Implement change that engages and empowers 🔹 Align people, systems, and strategy for sustainable results From strategic planning to stakeholder engagement, I guide teams from idea to execution with empathy, insight, and a strong focus on outcomes. Whether I’m guiding an individual through a career transformation or leading an organization through change, my goal is the same: ✨ Help people thrive while doing work that matters. ✨ Let’s build careers and organizations that actually work for the people inside them.
"I didn't know what to expect from career coaching but I got a lot more out of it than I thought I would. I had an amazing experience with Anne. I never felt like I was just another client because each session was so completely tailored to me and my needs. The experience was well worth it!"
I met Anne at a pivotal point in my career journey. Like many others, I had never envisioned a career outside of higher education. My work was a central pillar of my identity. However, the constant pressure of declining numbers, and unrealistic expectations, combined with a healthy dose of imposter syndrome (this was my first director-level role) caused me such anxiety and burn-out, that I hopped into another role without thinking. To the surprise of absolutely no one, this new role was not a good fit for me causing me to spiral even deeper into burnout and depression. Enter Anne. She was exactly what I needed, at a time when I needed it the most. Throughout our time working together she let me “set the pace” and was willing to meet me wherever I was on my journey. Her thoughtful questions and guidance helped me to uncover the values that I had that were not in alignment with my experiences in higher education and gave me strategies to help me recognize and mitigate the effects of burnout moving forward in my career. The self-awareness and courage I gained working with Anne allowed me to “take the leap”, apply to, and land my first position outside of higher education. I cannot recommend her services enough. Beyond a coach, I feel as though I have truly made a friend and ally for the rest of my career journey. --Mike Fuller (former higher education professional)
