A founders life can be uncertain. Is my business on the right path? Are my decision-making processes sound? How do I break through to the next level? What I know as a seasoned entrepreneur is that for me, a coach was invaluable. The life of a founder has high points, in between troughs of loneliness and stress. I support founders and entrepreneurs.as a sounding board and accountability partner. I'll help you and your business focus, advance and grow. I've taken ideas from back-of-napkin sketches to market multiple times, learning entire new disciplines and developing networks on the fly. Manufacturing, logistics, product management, brand building, developing marketing plans, leading teams - put a check mark by all of them. I started my career leading a large diverse marketing and branding team spread across the country in my 20s, transitioning to launching and building a successful creative studio which strategizes with global brands on messaging to craft targeted communication programs that work and drive revenue growth. Side hustles turned into good brands - including Pinooski (an education app) and category leader DryFins. I am comfortable at both 30,000 feet and with my hands in the dirt. I am the rare combo of being a detail oriented creative strategist, regularly tapped to speak on entrepreneurship, business and brand building and team development. All that experience allows me to effectively coach founders and executives. I’ve done hard things. Solved seemingly impossible problems. Set huge goals and achieved them. You know, stuff that you do.
