Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese energy healing technique developed in the early 1900s by Mikao Usui. It’s based on the idea that life force energy flows through us – and when that energy is low or blocked, it can lead to stress, tension, or feeling off balance.

During a Reiki session, you’ll lie fully clothed while I gently place my hands either on or just above the body. The energy flows where it’s needed, supporting your body’s natural healing, calming your nervous system, and helping you feel grounded and restored.

People often describe Reiki as deeply relaxing, like a reset button for the mind and body. It’s a safe, non-invasive treatment that supports emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.

Perfect if you’re feeling drained, anxious, or simply need space to unwind and realign.
