The Energy Alignment Session is a deeply grounding and intuitive experience, blending Reiki healing, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation to help you release energetic blockages, reconnect with your inner self, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and rebalanced.

Each session is tailored to what you need in the moment – whether it’s deep rest, emotional release, clarity, or a sense of calm. You’ll also receive a hand-chosen crystal to set your intention during the session and take home with you as a reminder of your healing journey.

This session is ideal if you feel out of sync, stuck, or simply want to realign and feel more at peace – mind, body, and soul.
