This session is approximately 60 minutes with Adrian to complete a compressive assessment of the challenges you're specifically facing as a man as well as create a plan to implement solutions to those challenges. 

Upon your purchase, I will reach out to coordinate your assessment either in person in Charlotte, NC, or virtually online. This flexibility ensures that I can support any man regardless of their location.
