Retreat Preparations

September 20th at Sky Pond in Apex starting at 9am. The ending time depends on the depth of conversations. I suggest planning to be there until 3pm.   

Ladies, let's pamper that soul of yours! 

We will join together in a small group setting and engage in somatic release movements, plant medicine, healing breathwork, and other exercises to help you dig deep and form a loving relationship with yourself. 

You will leave feeling empowered to trust your own intuitive wisdom and confident in your next steps towards becoming the person you were created to be!

Lunch included - make sure to voice any food allergies.
