I wanted to drop in and give Adalyd a raving review. I met Adalyd on a fb group for Project Managers. I had just been hired at a start up and had absolutely no direction and no idea of what to do. I felt I was being underpaid and taken advantage of at my last place of work and Adalyd was one of the first people to comment on my post offering information that could help guide me as a new PM. She even offered her time to speak with me for free. Over the last 2 years now, Adalyd has been my mentor, guide, tutor and an overall amazing friend. She has led me on a path to learn so much about this role from what exams to take, what salaries I should expect and even helped coach me in my job search. Last year, when I was studying for my DASM (disciplined agile scrum masters) certification she even took the time to tutor me through it with real life examples. I passed on the first try! Adalyd is a true professional who is always so willing to help new PMs in a role that can often times be scary and overwhelming. She’s soft tempered and incredibly patient. She will shape her teaching to whatever way works best for you as an individual and she is always working on perfecting her craft. I would highly recommend Adalyd to any new or seasoned PMs. If you’re new, she’s a wonderful guide and if you’re seasoned, she’d make a kick ass partner! Thank you for everything, Adalyd!

I recommend Adalyd Oliveras 100% for being an upright, professional and very responsible woman. When I started talking with her she gave me the impression of security and was very attentive to what I was communicating to her. She, in the same way, acted very responsibly in her service as a professional, businesswoman and very punctual. All my doubts were cleared up. Where can I start...I met Adalyd via a FB post in regards to my business needs. At first I didn't know what to think, but I figured why not talk, so we made an appointment....I can honestly say, she has been God-sent!! Adalyd, is very smart and so resourceful. She has helped me put together some processes and has guided me in directions that I had not thought of before. Her demeanor is one that is positive and uplifting, she provides a space in which I can be transparent regarding my business struggles while offering practical solutions that I hadn't even thought of. She formulated a plan for me...which was really good as it helped me to stay focused and to take care of business! I now feel more structured and not as lost as I once was before she reached out, which is why I felt like she was sent to help me. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone that needs structure and processes put in place as she knows her stuff!!!
